RHINELANDER - Spring is just around the corner Little League sign ups have been set up for boys and girls. Registration forms will be sent home with children from elementary schools. For Jr. High kids, they will be available in the commons area and for high school girls age 16 and under, forms will be made available through the athletic department.
Wednesday March 18th from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.
Monday March 23rd from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.
Monday March 30th from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.
Monday April 1st from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.
All sign ups will be held at James William Middle School in the commons area.
Cut off date for Boys Little League is 4/30/09. This means if you turn 13 on May 1st, you are still eligible to play Little League. Age divisions are as follows:
5 - 6 yr olds - T-Ball
7 - 8 yr olds
9 - 10 yr olds
11 - 12 yr olds
Cut off date for Girls is 12/31/08. This means if you turn 16 on January 1, 2009, you are still eligible to play Little League. Age divisions are as follows:
7 - 8 yr olds
9 - 10 yr olds
11 - 12 yr olds
13 - 14 yr olds
15 - 16 yr olds
Note: 6 year old girls who are born between January 1st and April 30th who are too old for T-ball but too young for softball will be welcome in girls 7 - 8 yr old division.
