RHS: Boys Tennis Hodags First at Home Invite By Jeremy Mayo      RHINELANDER – The RHS Tennis Team ran its dual meet record to 10-0 in front of Tuesday’s much-awaited showdown with Stevens Point by knocking off Lakeland and Ashland to take first place at Monday’s Hodag Invite. Rhinelander disposed of Lakeland 8-0 in the first match of the day and knocked off Ashland 6-2 in the nightcap. The fourth doubles flight counted toward the varsity score on Monday, and the Hodag tandem of Andrew Zoerb and Ryan Trembley picked up a pair of wins. “Andrew and Ryan had two nice wins tonight,” coach Bob Heideman said afterward. “They hit some nice angle shots and kept the ball in play with timely lobs. That led to a good three-set win against Ashland.” Rahul Jain, fresh off his trip to the National Mock Trial competition showed no jet lag. He went 2-0 at the one singles, dropping only three games in the process. Shane Polzin also went 2-0 for the Hodags in singles.
