     Those interested in practicing next Tuesday will need a bike helmet and a safety vest or anything that is bright colored to make you visible for passing cars. Bike helmets are mandatory. Some elbow and knee pads, at least during the first couple practices, are recommended.

Roller skiers will have to take their poles to Mel's Trading Post and have them glue carbide tips on the ends. The training will go most of the summer with a few breaks to be announced. The fee for the summer will be $40.00.
