The Northwoods River News, owned by Walker Communication LLC, and HodagSports.com, owned by By Request LLC, are excited to announce a collaborative editorial and marketing arrangement to enhance sports coverage in the Rhinelander area.
"This is going to be a great arrangement for the Rhinelander community when it comes to coverage of local and regional sports,” Walker Communications owner Gregg Walker said. “HodagSports.com’s staff and our staff have been doing an excellent job of covering sports for several years. Now with both staffs combined, the coverage will only get better. What an exciting time for youth sports in the greater Rhinelander community."
"I am excited to be working with The Northwoods River News to continue to bring the Rhinelander community the best sports coverage in the area,” By Request owner Jim Hext said. “With our combined efforts, this will also give both of us the chance to expand our coverage into areas that we were not able to do before.
